Senior Sales Executive – Software and Back Office Services

Purpose of Job
The Senior Sales Executive Software and Back Office Services is responsible for delivering new sales revenue from Software and Back Office Services offered to clients. The main focus of this position is to bring in new business and new clients.
He will be responsible for all sales related activities starting from leads generations, maturity of leads, presentations, negotiations and scope finalizations all the way to business closure.
Achieves and exceeds revenue quota targets by winning new contracts and orders through prospecting and developing new customer relationships.
Expands upon the goodwill and name recognition of the Company brand in the marketplace.
Identifies and qualifies legitimate sales opportunities, providing a consultative and value-added approach to develop relationships.
Negotiates contractual terms and conditions, and works with the solutions/operations/implementation teams to ensure smooth handoffs.
Builds a sales pipeline of qualified sales opportunities.
Maintains an ongoing relationship with prospective clients continuously assessing and communicating how “FutureNow” can meet their needs.
Develops and executes sales presentations to potential clients.
Develops and implements sales plans and activities. Learns about technologies of “FutureNow”, keeping up to date with the new Service Portfolio and market trends.
Completes and submits sales pipeline prospecting and sales tracking reports in a timely fashion.
Travels to “FutureNow” office and client sites frequently.
Adheres to all ethical and professional standards.
Other duties as assigned.
Authorities that are required to fulfill this job effectively
Minimum Skills Required
At least a Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline or an equivalent qualification.
Additional qualification in IT will be considered a plus.
Technical / Interpersonal Skills
Must have detailed knowledge of software industry and its dynamics
Must have a proven insight into back office services and business outsourcing
Must have experiences and interests beyond the scope of their position
Must have proven clients, trust relationships and leads along with excellent past sales record
Must be willing to travel frequently
Must have strong interpersonal, presentation, negotiation and communication skills.
This is a US based position and the candidate must be a US nationality holder (based in Houston Texas).
3 to 5 years of direct sales experience in Custom Software Development, Consultation, Technical Support, Help Desk Services, HR, Finance and other Back Office Services with recent exposure within a recognized Software House and/or Business Process Outsourcing Services Company.
